Rock and Rollman Duathlon in Macon. Impromptu race that Katie talked me into and that I did zero training for because of course that's how these things go. Hauled ass on the bike and ended up placing 1st in my age group and 3rd overall female, but that 10k was trash on wobbly legs. It'd be cool to see fast I could go if I actually trained for something like this, but I think I may stick with marathon running.

Official splits:
5k run: 21:55 (really had to hold back the pace)
40k bike: 1:33:40 (killer hills)
10k run: 47:24 (jell-o legs)
