Longleaf Loop. Stomach was not happy at all, and feet hurt some on the uphill but otherwise I felt pretty ok. These shoes are magic on the downhills, too.

Note

Been having some low back stiffness/soreness since last Thurs. Probably strained something. Kept weights low and focused on bracing, which really helped. Hopefully this weekend's long run doesn't worsen things.
