WRE Sylvester. Surprisingly good course setting. I thought I could fight with the best , but I was far from it. Lost more than 2.5 minutes. Sloppy technically. I wanted too much and too soon after injury .
Felt a bit sick before but I don't think it has effected my performance. Foot is good, hamstring is ok so looking good for 2016 training period.
