Suunto games middle. Honestly last weekend was a bit of a too much for me physically and affter yesterday's long the legs were a bit sore so I wasn't expecting a good shape for the race and indeed I was moving a bit stiff trough the forest. On top of it a quite big mistake, about 2.5 minutes made my performance quite embarrassing, unfortunately. The bright side is of course that I could run at all!!!

Suunto games long distance. That was too damn tough for my body. Lack of any kind long distance training due to injury ended up in systems shut down after 85 minutes. Last 15 minutes were not something I have enjoyed. Felt the knee a bit during the run. We ll see how it goes tomorrow on the middle. Next long will be next year . Hopefully I ll be in shape to at least properly finish the race.
