Run 2 hills on TM at 4% incline. I didn't hold the whole time at 9:22 pace. I am really so very tired all the time at the minute that I just did most of it at 10min/mile pace. I hope I have a resurgence of energy before the big day, I'm getting a bit nervous!
Run 3 - 5 mins warm up and then 1.15hrs at 8:30 pace. I felt good going into the pace. My left calf is giving me a bit of bother and I could feel it towards the end - more just a heaviness than pain. Will work on stretching etc for the rest of the week.
