Really proud of myself! Wanted to stop for a rest the entire time.. Just kept reminding myself the advice dad gave "Would you rather finish in as little time possible or be stuck out here all night?" It really works, no breaks throughout the whole run :)

Swimming was torture... the amount of concentration and effort needed to keep up with Grace and Julia in the pool is downright discouraging! Luckily I have set the bar (extremely) low, nothing but uphill from here!

Workout advice of the day: GET STRONGER!
