Running, road (half marathon) 1:24:35 [3] 21.0 km (4:02 / km)

From work to saltholmen and back before lunch. Asphalt and mostly flat. Felt easy. Think shape is good enough for around 1.15-20.

Thursday Feb 4, 2016 #

Running, road tempo ("Femman Skatås") 17:48 [4] 4.76 km (3:44 / km)

Tempo run, close to max but perhaps able to do 20-30s faster with todays legs. Felt OK except downhill and kept pace. Quite tough track but nothing coompared to last sunday. Was hoping for a better time but body have not been on top last week, aiming below 17 if i get paced.

Sunday Jan 31, 2016 #

Orienteering (Loops) 47:00 [3] 6.7 km (7:01 / km)

Halmstad Skedala 6.3km/47min. Around same speed as yesterdays night-O but heartrate got up a bit passing a huge hill 3 times (around 75hm/200m). Nice forest but easy and boring orienteering, especially since the loops were forked together you visited the same areas 3 times.

Saturday Jan 30, 2016 #

Orienteering (night) 56:00 [3] 9.2 km (6:05 / km)

Halmstad snapparp. 8.5km / 55min. Much better but still a bigger mistake of around 2-3min. Really fun map.

Orienteering intervals 25:50 [4] 4.95 km (5:13 / km)

Halmstad vilshärad. Wanted to try full speed. I tried to run fast but felt heavy and had bad control of the map. Partly because i thought mapscale Was 10000 but Was 7500. Gave up in the end because body did not respond.
