Treshold on Bokenäs from Skår on paths/road towards Svartedalens protected forest. Charlottte did intervals (3-1min) and I went in loops fetching her up without any rest.

2016 was started with a winter of OK training but after some competitions in spring with good results I got injured. After that in summer we bought a house and have been spending much time fixing it and the garden. Therefore the training and competitions have been few and I have a good amount of motivation trying to get in shape for a better 2017. My goal is not to train as hell but try to do in average 4 trainings per week with around 5,5hours running and at least 50% in forest and as much with map as possible.
October will be starting up with not so long trainings but after that focus will be to try to get one longer session per week, one night-o session and tuesdayintervals with SAIK. The 4th training should be what I prefer from time to time.
Would be fun being in shape for 10mila in Partille next year and take a long night leg. I also want to run 10k at or/below 35min.
