4*1km with start every 5th minute after a weekend with a lot of digging (130 holes...) in the garden. Around 3.10min/km on the flat areas.

Night-O 6.0km/41min Skatås. First session for a long time, tried to go fast but HR was lower. Indicates two things, I was technically to weak/defensive + should mean that the illness is gone fore sure.

Note

Forgot why i dont run so much on road 2016. Have some big aches in my stomach after last two days. During last 6 years problems I realized that forest running is much better if i want to feel less pain.

From home to bertilssons stuga and öjersjö to clubhouse. Then jogging while others did intervals. Still high HR

Two laps on femman, each around 22min. High HR, need some more easy km before i am back
