Running test 2 laps on the track outisde mom/dad in Sävedalen. My record is 22.15min so I really sucked today, a good thing is that my pulse was low (at or below normal treshold actually). Feeling was that I pushed but my legs didnt get tired. Guess I am a bit better than the time, 10% worse than your PB is not exciting...

From work to Saltholmen and back before lunch, last 10k on 43. Felt good but i need to keep it up to get back into shape
