Long run on small paths from home. Last week have been massive on my quadriceps, good with some easier parts without massive uphill or heavy forest. If my body would be a normal body with a normal stomach that can handle roadrunning I would have chosen that today.

Orienteering Getryggen 5.0km/34min. Tried to push but body was and is tired. Executed very good. I aim for two more days with running before some xc-skiing that hopefully will make me recover a bit!

Night-O Råhult on 10-mila training reflexes with sir William. Very good executed from us both. Took around 35 contrtols, around 10 were the same as in tuesday but from different directions. As me and simon usally do, me and William ran in front every 2nd control. A bit tired in the end but i need to step up volume after some busy weeks.

Night-O Råhult with Heino without forking on some reflex/Controls of the 10mila training package. Tough terrain, alot of mistakes and weak body made this a real challenge!
