Orienteering 42:00 [4] 6.7 km (6:16 / km)
ahr:176 max:187

Masstart Änggårdsbergen 6.2km/42min without forking. Took the lead early but was tough to push max due to slippery snow, held the lead and managed to get a gap after 3/4 and finished 1min Before JW, Henrk, Simon and Karl. Quite fun even without forking as the others managed to stay close behind which made me focuss more on the task. No mistakes but bad route on the long leg.

Running, road warm up/down 15:00 [1] 2.0 km (7:30 / km)

Orienteering 42:00 [3] 6.7 km (6:16 / km)
ahr:167 max:180

Night-O intervals with Jonas and Simon from home. Fun and warm dressed for the -10 C!

Running, forest 50:00 [2] 6.5 km (7:42 / km)

Orienteering 1:27:00 [2] 12.2 km (7:08 / km)
ahr:157 max:176

Night-O 10.0km/84min with Filip Wadsten and Mankan in Råhult. A layer of 1-2 cm snow made if more technically demanding. Good performance of me, but slow speed.

Running, road intervals 37:30 [4] 10.2 km (3:41 / km)
ahr:178 max:187

Intervals, 50*45-15 with club. Aimed for volume and not speed, could have pushed more but Johan and Jonas felt strong anyway. Heavy body today, a bit unsure if I could go faster even with higher effort. Fell after 3rd interval and injured knee and hand, dont think it should be a problem.

Running, road warm up/down 20:00 [2] 3.5 km (5:43 / km)
