First race of the day, felt so good after a hard week of training. Set off nice and steady and pushed hard up all the hills gradually catching the woman infront, took her after about 3 miles and kept feeling really good so carried on pushing until I caught the women in 3rd and 2nd but with just less than a mile left of field running my legs couldn't keep up with 2nd so I finished 3rd lady, just missing out on a £15 prize but still happy cause I felt like I ran it as hard as I could!
