FIRST RUN BACK after 3 weeks off with the ankle injury. I have been doing bits of core and climbing once a week which I will probably log when I have more time.
Just a short run, down the flat railway line, seems I found the only big rock on it and wrecked the same ankle on it. Stopped and shouted a bit then got walking and eventually tried to run it off. It's already swollen a little bit and it's pretty sore, gunna get some ice on it and see how it is tomorrow.
