From road at head of Teesdale, over moors to Cross Fell, Little and Great Dun Fell, Meldon Hill, and back via to of Cow Green Reservoir. Feeling quite good. Never been to Meldon Hill before, no mapped paths go ther and assumed it was hideous peat hag, but actually ok running from Dun Fell.
