MTB ride with Pippa from Stanley, mostly cycle paths to Consett and back. Supposedly disused railways, but after a downhill on road/track at the start it seems steadily uphill for 20km.

From road at head of Teesdale, over moors to Cross Fell, Little and Great Dun Fell, Meldon Hill, and back via to of Cow Green Reservoir. Feeling quite good. Never been to Meldon Hill before, no mapped paths go ther and assumed it was hideous peat hag, but actually ok running from Dun Fell.
