Pippa and David went climbing at Malham Cove, and dropped me at Grassington to cycle back home (can't climb as pulled my finger). Committing as there were no short cuts. Two big climbs up Park Rash outside Kettlewell (fortunately early in the ride else I might not have made it) and the Stang from Arkengarthdale (long steady pull). Then rolling hills through Barnard Castle and back to Durham. Tiring towards the end, needed a couple of 5-10minute rests on benches to get me home.

Note

Climbing at DCC, but pulled A2 pulley in my ring finger in left hand on about the fourth problem. Quite badly. Don't expect to climb for weeks now. Bother. At least I can nearly run again.
