Clean to the first 2 controls where I caught Mort and someone else who were discussing the long leg. CS was kicking in so I took it easier to the top of the first saddle. Couldn't really run for this leg and wasn't concentrating just picking of the larger features. Happy to pick up the tracks that led towards the control, by the time I came into the last track to the control my leg had eased and i could start to push again. Ran the rest of the course well, happy i could orienteering again.
