Triple tri 1st MTB.
Pushed pretty hard but legs feeling pretty average. Held back a little towards the end.

Triple tri leg 2 swim.
Battle with some cramps but got there

Felt ok up the climb, terrible on the way down and along the fat section into tuggers.
