Run with Lazy down through the paddocks to Kambah Pools, along the Murrumbidgee Discovery Trail and then short cutting back up through the farm.

4 x 1k loop with a ~150-200m swim across one of the bays in LBG. Water was obviously cold. First rep was the worst, mainly across the head. Was getting dark and there was a massive Kangaroo sitting in the water at the entry point so called it a night. I may have also done a wetty warmer, but on dry land...
