such a kick ass day. Did good old 2 creeks. saw my first snake of the season and i think it was a sign of the bad news ahead. they have closed 2 Creeks to cyclists! But the idiots put the no bicycle logo at the half way point of the track. So will keep using it till put one at the start.
but i felt tops. Still lacking in power and endurance etc but just bloody happy to be out there.
i shouldnt be going so hard. its an easy cruise till after rosville bridge when you get a big climb.

went pretty hard. felt really good. would have been a pb distance i think but lost count after about 700m.

shoulkd be taking it easy and building up the hours but its such a sweet day and my pastey skin needs some sun. Did a lazy lap of lane cove NP. But there is nothing lazy about the last climb back up to the flat. still coughing and wheezing a bit.

5 min easy warm up. cranked up the effort. then 2 min easy to finish. legs are coming back. still a bit sick though. feel pritty tired.

easy jog around the traps. got punished by the physio today so felt nice and loose. still tight around the knees/ITBs. Been making alot of snot latley and n pretty wheezy in the chest.

a granny gear spin around lindfield on them mtb. bike needs a good clean and service. legs are so weak. still weird going on in pelvis.

shoulder is all good now. relaxed session. there was a fire drill while i was swimming so the building had to evacuate to the meeting point in the street till the place was all clear. There was alot of pastey skin out there.

test the legs. positive. No knee problems. ITB pretty tight but legs are smashed from work the last few days. Its bloody hard trying to think about so many parts of your body while you run. legs felt like jelly when i finished.

got some shoulder stretches to combat pain and its all good. But struggled with lack of sleep.

physio suggested i start some little jogs or rides. ran up and down the pool to practise my core activation while running . What a pain in the ass. But its progress.
will be investing in new footwear as foot strike has change from neutral to supernating. thank god for eastbay.
