around east killara ro rosville bridge. With robbie for first half. pritty happy with how my fitness is going. had the power to get some parts i didnt expect to. saw our first snake for the season.

managed to squeeze in a run down to brokeback hill between work and a feast at Pancakes On The Rocks for dads birthday. i will need to somthing big to burn off the 4 billion calories in that meal.

Got stood up for an early run with leo from work so went it alone. bloody nice morning. have the morning off class so its blue berry pancakes and a strawberry banana smoothy on the balcony to the relaxing sounds of Cat Stevens. perfect.
