was a hard commute. Went home via the weir for an extra climb.

Was pritty fresh after sitting all day the the cricket yesterday watching Roy ant the other tailenders put those cocky indians in their place. It was quite scary to see how burnt my face and neck got while sitting in the shade all day high up in the churchill stand.
Felt bloody good on the bike today. was quite agressive and very impressive. Can really notice the conditioning in my legs and the power i have gained which is something i have always lacked in my running.
I was very dissapointed today to see that yet another technical single (right up near pennent hils park) track section is now off limits to riders.
