(injured) shoes: Asics Nimbus VII (b)
Chasing start. whent out for a jog to test the ankle. pritty sore. Watched the spectal at second control where the M21Es visited 4 times and the W21s visited 3 times in very short amount of time. very entertaining.

Waitangi middle distance. Hot and dry. real tired. a few silly mistakes with direction.

Orienteering race (Night Relay) 49:48 [5] ****
spiked:15/20c (injured) shoes: Olway Tiger
Was physicaly on fire. ran really hard and didnt loose much energy. Was so much fun. Jo Alison came in second for team Kodos so i was a few seconds down at the beginning of my leg but quickly put mu self in front at first control. was way to high on second control and lost some time. stopped short on 4 then gave my right ankle a twist exiting in a hurry. but wasnt bad. lost about 7 minutes on 9 and 11 combined and twisted my left ankle ant 9 ( the bad one) and was joint by Casten. blew a massive lead. Just stuck behind him for the rest. i dropped behind a bit but his helped my navigation.
But was so happy with my fitness on that one.

a hot and sweaty morning run. right knee tightened up again. legs really heavy.

Another stunning victory. was hard to make mistakes. a coares for the runners. im clearly the best sprint orienteer on oz soil.
