| met seb, ben and pheobe at lane cove pool. im not at all sore from tuesdays swim which is a surprise. I was expecting the swimming to be harder but its surprisingly easy. Cant wait to get some cardio back. |

| Begun treatment at North Sydney Sports injury Clinic. Im a bit if a mess. Lower abdoinal core not activating and not rotating my pelvis properly. One leg is sitting higher so leg lenght is different. I am Supernating like crazy on both sides. (Rolling out) which was a surprise as i was under the notion i was neutral. So all the load put on the outside of my legs. Am going to evaluate at all my footwear. good by volleys.
Need to concentrate on posture whilst sitting and standing. A real pain in the ass.
need to begin with streching right ham string, left glute and calves.
No running or cycling at all. Just bloody boring swimmin.

| need to get back to business. legs still brocken so only swimming for now. Went to the Ian Thorpe pool. Nice place. good to swim in a 50metre pool so i cant take as many breaks. Boy im unfit! my calves are so skinny. ive lost lost alot of muscle. |
