no lap count again. was playing with new (second hand) HR monitor. and trying to activate my lazy pelvis muscles. cant figure it out still. feeling stronger and faster with each swim. a small pain in left shoulder and pretty tired so no 100m TT today.

lost count at around the 27/28 lap mark. new 100 pb. 1:28.
Have begun to see some inprovement with my legs. The biggest focus is activation of lower core muscles which rotate pelvic muscles and my brain brain are not switching on. My improved posture has eliminated my daily pain.
