2 sets of GS, starting to take down the level of GS now

Classic Skiing 6:00 [3] 1.0 mi (10.0 mph)

1x6min L3 to before the intervals.

Classic Skiing 10:00 [4] 1.5 mi (9.0 mph)

4x2min L4 followed by 3x30 sec speeds. Felt pretty rough at the beginning but much better as the workout went on

Classic Skiing 50:00 [1] 4.5 mi (5.4 mph)

Easy w/u and c/d and full recovery between intervals.
