First ever 20k, ouch. Probably the hardest race I've ever done but really fun to race with teammates!

Easy ski on a cold, slow day in Duluth. Getting excited to head back to Houghton for the 20k!!

4x7min @L3. Felt pretty good today, worked of power skiing, lengthening my stride and arm extention. Felt like I was skiing bigger/faster which is a good sigm.

Easy skiing on either side of the intervals and recovery.
