Classic Skiing warm up/down 50:00 [1] 5.0 mi (6.0 mph)

W/u and c/d for the race, lots of ski testing

Classic Skiing warm up/down 10:00 [3] 1.5 mi (9.0 mph)

Some w/u intervals for the race, felt like I didn't get the best w/u I could have in because of ski testing for the weird conditions

Classic Skiing race 29:54 [4] 10.0 km (20.1 kph)

10k classic race at Al Quaal. Felt pretty rough for the first 3k (probably because of the w/u) but then was really able to crank from there! Last collegiate race of the year, 16th CCSA skier again and really happy with how this weekend went overall!

W/u intervals for the sake race

Skate Skiing race 1:01:50 [4] 20.0 km (19.4 kph)

20K mass start at Ishpeming, another brutal 20k. 60 degrees and slushy slow snow made for an interesting race. I felt like I paced this one better overall and was happy with the result!
