GS2, felt a little off but not bad.

Traied running before the intervals but by right shin gave me a hard time so I decided not to push it.

Easuy skiing on either side of the intervals and then cooling down while coaching the MV kids

7x2min on 2 off instead of the running.

SPENST, felt much snappier/more explosive today which was good. My right shin was bothering me a bit though

Easy skate ski w/ 5x20sec speeds. The speeds felt very good, I felt like the timing and power aplication were there.
