East classic roll, worked on keeping a C body position in DP instead of arching my back. Felt like I was able to use my core more, progress!

5x8min @ L3. Felt good but the trails were slippery so I wasn't able to use my legs as much as usual. On the last one we had some dry pavement and I felt like everything was clicking well technique-wise.
