Long easy ski with 20min no pole then 20min L and R only. Felt good!

3K Track TT with Alex and Sanders. Felt ok, almost exactly the same time as last fall which was a little disapointing, but I had done a bit of a workout with the EU juniors right before. I also didn't have anyone to chase so that was kinda bummer but still a solid workout.
