Max strength, felt good this morning. Didn't have any milk before the workout this morning so maybe that's the key.

50min bike for the bulk of the pm workout and 5min c/d after running

8x200 at 8k pace on the track, knee felt completely normal!!!

5x1K uphill DP intervals, felt a tad off all day today but these went pretty well.

Long w/u c/d and recovery between the intervals. Did some DP technique working on ankle fle at the bottom of the pole strike.
