First ski of TG camp! felt good and worked on some striding.

5x6min L3 intervals. Felt really good today. Was able to change gears well and engage my lats/traps.

Fun skate roll on a colder day. Felt decent and was able to apply engaging my lats/upper arms to skating. Got better/more forward body position and felt like my arms were moving more naturally.

GS3, felt decent this morning. Ended with 15min core, fun to have Kelsey back!

3 sets of 6x45sec max bounding. Felt off this afternoon. My stomach and head were feeling weird and just kind of out of it. Felt like I was still moving well and figured out how to keep my scoulders rolled by engaging lats/upper back more without shrugging.

6min threshold pickup before the intervals, shins/calfs still pretty sore from running all weekend.
