Easy skiing on beautiful snow at Itasca. Did a good bit of no pole and then one pole. Worked on getting my leg to swing forward on its own in striding, Felttired by the end of the ski.

Easy skiing with some speeds mixed in at Spirit. Nice conditions and beautiful morning! Felling a little tired.

2sets ea of GS3, felt pretty good. Didn't have time to get the workout in theis afternoon so this was it for the day.

Skiing up the Spirit Mtn alpine hill. Tried 2 L3 sets and just could make it work so kept it easy for the rest.

GS3, still feeling a bit tired from the camp today.

Ferritin levels came back as low, going to take back the intensity and volume a bit and start taking iron supliments.

Got blood work done today, came back negative on mono and normal for hemoglobin.
