20k masstart day in Houghton. Really cold and slow again. Felt a bit better today and got to ski most of the race with Dan which was fun!

10k individual start at Houghton. Felt off again. Not super thrilled.

6x30sec hard, 30sec all out with full recovery. Hard workout but felt like I was moving pretty well.
