Brigade UTT - had to miss practice, good because it let me do low impact on my calf. Pain has dulled, still don't have painless full range of motion.

Regular, Wide, Narrow, Elevated dumbbell Push-ups
25 Squats between each variant

3 x 10 HSPU

3 x 30sec L-Sit
3x30 Ab roll

Orienteering training with LTC Campbell

4.3Km course:
Run first and second leg through woods, run reverse on trails, compare times.
Faster through woods on leg 1, faster on trails on leg 2

50 burpees
50 air squats
20 single leg squats e/s

Calf still has sharp pain, but manageable via warm-up/stretching/pain medication

Rested and checked out my calf; minor injury but hurts to walk/climb stairs.
Upper body push-up circuit.

Injured calf between 13 and 14 (leg slipped between rock and pulled calf on follow-through)
