Circuits in the lounge. Our friend Olga is a personal trainer and she has given me a programme to use when I am travelling. I did it twice last week in the Dominican Republic and am going to try and do it 3 times per week from now on. I discovered this evening that its more fun to do this with some pumping house music and my wife checking my form!
