CDC steady with 2 x Garabitas efforts, pretty slow but 5 seconds quicker on second effort, also into a slight headwind. focusing on the positives!

20 min warm up, then 20 minute 'hill' on the turbo. then 10 min warm down.

first time on the turbo trainer. good session i guess, wouldn't want to do much more than an hour though. feels weird standing.
