welp I'm 17 now-
Anyways, I wanted to mention that I know I've been slacking a lot on my running more than usual recently. I've just been struggling with my mental health for a while now, and I know I probably still will for a while. But at the same time I really want to get back into running, and I want to try to work on everything. I know that as an athlete I should be better at this stuff, and this year I really want to work on just getting better both at orienteering and on being an athlete.
