after this I proceeded to sleep for 2 hours because apparently I have no energy today
7 PM

Strength Training (core) 5:00 [3]

I felt like my previous workout didn't have enough core in it, so I did just the normal plank rotation.

also I completed 4 and a half assignments today, how in the heck did I manage that-
