Everything on lead
1) warmup on a 10a, easy with big jugs.
2) tried an 11b in the overhang, got to the 3rd clip and got stuck. Lucka suggested I try it on top rope so I could finish it, but really the lead climbing was not the issue.
3) 5.10b that I tried last time, overhanging with gorgerous holds. Almost finished it clean, but I fell literally jsut before the end (I was two holds away) because my hands gave out. I still finished it though
4) The 5.9 I've been wanting to do for ages and finally got to climb it. Flat wall with one overhang 3/4 of the way up. Really fun, loved it.

bouldering:
most of it was just walking around, touching the start holds of a climb and maybe sitting into the hands, and realizing there's no way I can cilmb that. Finally found one V3 in the corner that was purely technical, I had to balance properly and shift my weight over and press in the right way. Took me many tried to get the balance right, but once I did I just had to jump up to a pocket, and once I got that it was nice and easy (literally 2 jugs left). Then I found another V3 on the other end of the wall that two people were climbing- one got it, the other was trying it and we were trading off. I figured out how to move my had off of the start hold, and she figured out how to get up from there. It was a nice technical V3. I wish there were more technical bouldering climbs, not just all the strengthy, massively overhanging climbs.

Strength Training (hips) 11:21 [3] 0.09 km (2:00:45 / km)

Kinda messed up my hips, probably from all the racing, so I did a bit of hip stregthening exercises. I need to do these mre often, I kind of forgot about them and I can feel it with all the running I'm starting to do.
