wow my HR was high using the "moving time" because oliver wouldnt. stop. shitting. also I'm surprised my pace wasn't that horrible because I tried to go onto some small trails in the woods off of Rock Creek Trail that I haven't been on before and they were pure mud and surrounded by throns in the beginning so I walked some of it. Eventually I got to a runnable part of the trail.
Also I'm proud of myself for going immediately after school. I knew that if I sit and rest I won't go, and as I was walking home from the car I was thinking what a nice day it was so I knew while I had that thought I should go run. Tomorrow I'll probably run with Ray to tire him out too. Let's hope he's not as frustrating to run with as Oliver is.
