Yoga 1:00:00 [3]

At first we jogged 3 laps around the gym, then we did 15 pushups, 45 bobsleds, 75 piano keys and 20 curl ups as a warm up. Not that fun. But then we played a pretty fun game, that was you had to get across the gym without touching the ground. But you did not have to fly, because there were mats and other objects we could use to get to the other side.

Rock climbing 1:00:00 [5]

Here are the climbs I climbed:
1. 5.8 on an overhang
2. 5.10c on that same overhang
3. 5.10c on a different overhang
4. 5.10b on an overhang
5. 5.10c with no overhang
That's all!

Ice skating (figure skating) 2:00:00 [3]

The first thing I did on the ice was... ehm... fall. I wanted to stop, but I put too much weight on my heels so I fell backward. Thanks to that my tailbone hurt the rest of the day.

Yoga (Jumping on a trampoline) 2:30:00 [3]

I was doing some tricks, but mostly I was running (or jumping) away from something or someone.

Ice skating 45:00 [3]

The ice rink was apparently ordered by someone for two hours, so we just left.

Orienteering 1:49:00 [5] 5.0 km (21:48 / km)
shoes: Reidell Stride Figure Skates

This was in Patapsco Granite area. If you want to see how I ran, go to this website:
http://qocweb.org/routes/cgi-bin/reitti.pl?act=map...

Then choose the orange course, click on Alexis Merka and then on the blue button on the bottom saying "load animation". Then just push the top blue button on the side saying "start". By the way, I'm not really sure how I went from 6 to 7. All I know is that I got there.

Yoga (DDR) 10:00 [2]

Since it was group picture day in my school, I kept on going in and out of the gym because I couldn't hear the announcements ( it was very noisy in the gym), and I also didn't want to miss my band pictures.

Rock climbing 1:30:00 [5]

I can't really describe my climbing but here are the climbs I did:
1. 5.6 on an overhang
2. half of a 5.10a which requires the skills for climbing on a roof-type overhang
3. same thing as climb #2
4. 5.10c with an overhang
5. 5.8 with an overhang

Yoga (DDR) 1:00:00 [1]
shoes: Icebugs

DDR stands For Dance Dance Revolution. It is basically that your are standing on a special mat with arros o your lleft, your right, in front of you and behind you. Then there is a TV screen in front of you with arrows pointing to the left, the right, up (forward) and down (backwards). These arrows slide up the screen going to the silhouette of that specific arrow. Once the sliding arrow reaches the silhouette, you step on the arrow that points the same way on your mat.
7 PM

Rock climbing 30:00 [4]

(In a climbing gym) I was climbing a 5.6 as a warm up, then I did a 5.10a, then a 5.10b, then another 5.10b, and then I ran out of time.

Yoga (for climbers) 1:00:00 [5]

This yoga actually started at 7:30pm. It is really intense. Also, we have to hold boat and warrior 3 positions for a long time, and those positions are the hardest.
8 PM

Rock climbing 15:00 [4]

I actually started at 8:30. Also I climbed a 5.10a, then I got halfway up another 5.10a, and then I did a 5.8 which is more like a 5.10a.
