Running (Track) 2:00:00 [5] *** 5.0 km (24:00 / km)
shoes: Asics Adventurer

So, my dad took me to this high school track with his friend, who helped me through the training.
First, we did a drill. We started off by jogging 1 mile around the track (4 times around). Then we went to ankle running, which is where we were jogging with really small steps, but quickly and we had to straighten our knees each time we landed on our leg (3x 20m). Then we went to high knees while also doing the ankle jogging (2x 20m). After that, we went to running high knees (2x 30m). Then, we went to butt kicks (3x 40m). Then running butt kicks (2x 40m). And then running with straight legs (2x 40m). Then strides (3x 40m).
After our warm up we were running 150m. We ran it four times. Here are my times:
1) 28.3
2) 27.4
3) 26.8
4) 25.8
Once we did that, we cooled down by jogging around the track once.
All of that was is 1 hour.
Then we went to throwing javelins. My farthest throw was 46 feet. My dad's farthest throw was 85 feet. My dad's friend's farthest throw was 105 feet. But, it was quite windy and I was throwing with a 600 g javelin, even though I should have been throwing with a 500 g javelin.
After we finished with the javelins, we went to throwing discus. That really did not go well for me at all. I just didn't add enough power into my throws.

Hiking long (Old Rag Mtn.) 5:30:00 [5] ** 7.6 mi (43:25 / mi)

I'm counting our lunch in the time. Old rag mtn is a hike where the first half of the way up it's normal walking, but the second half is climbing over and in between rocks.

Note

I didn't really log my activities at all for a while, and because I can't remember what and when they were, I am not able to add them into my log.

Note

I would've gone running today, but for one, I was still tired from yesterday and for two, my mom told me that I need the rest.

I was running this again with Scarlett (I was navigating this time) after we completed the yellow course. Sometimes I had to wait for her, but that was all in brambles.

Running intervals (Morning Run w/ Dad) 25:00 [5] ** 4.01 km (6:14 / km)
shoes: iNov

It was intense, at least it seems like it to me. When my dad said (in the middle of the run) that we're doing intervals, I was like oh no.
8 AM

Yoga (Random Dancing) 9:00 [4] ***

I have to admit, this time I think I actually was doing pretty good, but I still wouldn't show it to anyone. But it's hard to think of dance moves, and plus, my head hurts from whipping it around and spinning (that's what most of my moves are made up of :))
There were three songs I danced to.
First, "Under the Radar" by Abney Park
Second, "Namaluj Svítání" by Michal Hrůza
Third, "Bratříčku Yavírej Vrátka" by Karel Kryl
