Yoga (Running Pacer Test) 50:00 [5] *
shoes: iNov

If you don't know what the pacer test is, it's this test thing that we must do s few times per school year and about every student hates it. I highly doubt anybody in my school likes it. So it's where you run across the gym (long ways) and you must reach the opposite wall before you hear "the dreaded" beep. The intervals between the beeps get increasingly shorter. 2 strikes an you're out. So, since the Elementary school gym was half the size of my middle school gym, my score seemed to get lower. In 5th grade (Elementary school) I got around 54 pacer laps. Here, in middle school, I got 41 laps today! On the one we did in the fall got 39 laps! Why can't all the gyms, no matter if elementary, middle, or high school, stay the same size?
The time is how long we had PE. I don't know how long it took me to run the 41 laps. I could have done more laps if the teachers didn't make it a surprise pacer test! I've got to admit. my legs started burning after 10 laps! I was thinking, "How in the world did I ever make it to 39 pacer laps?" :D

Yoga (7- minute workout) 10:00 [2] *
shoes: iNov

I only did 50 jumping jacks, 30-second wall sit, 5 push-ups (I am TERRIBLE at them and I died on the sixth one), 30 curl-ups (or sit-ups), 50 step ups onto a chair, 30 squats, 10 tricep dips on a chair (I like to call them backward push-ups), a 45 second plank, and 50 high knees/running in place. There were still lunges, push-ups and a rotation and a side plank. I only would be able to do the lunges if I had the space, and the other two if I had the strength.

Yoga (Group Dancing) 25:00 [1] **
shoes: iNov

In Physical Education I was in a group of seven people and we had to make up a dance to the song "Jealous". It was really hard to come up with, because we had me, one of the tallest people in the grade, and this other girl, one of the shortest in the grade, while most of us were horrible at gymnastics (including me)!

Orienteering (Orange course) 1:14:30 [4] ** +80m
shoes: Icebugs

Running in the snow was really challenging for me. It tired me out so fast! When I went on trails, though, my feet were slipping. And I stepped din a puddle three times, but that didn't matter anymore because my shoes were already soaking from the snow anyways. I was using bearings for the entire time after finding control number one. think those slowed me down the most because I was using a Silva thumb compass instead of a Suunto thumb compass I am used to. Here is the link to my GPS track:

About the GPS track, I turned it on 36 seconds after I started. Over all, I enjoyed my last course before I turn twelve!
