Running (@ Rock Creek Park) 36:52 [3] 5.06 km (7:17 / km) +61m 6:52 / km
ahr:171 max:184 shoes: Icebugs

My mom and I wanted to go on a quick run. At first we wanted to run 7km, but after 1.5 or 2 km we decided that we're too tired and that we'll turn around at the first bridge onto Beach Dr.

Rock climbing (@ Earth Treks Columbia) 2:00:00 [4]

I DID MY LEAD CLIMB TEST!! So for the first time I actually lead climbed! My first lead CLIMB was a 5.6, but at the top I purposefully let go of the wall 3 times so I could practice falling. It's terrifyingly fun! My second lead CLIMB was a 5.10c. I knew it was WAY out of my skill level and I only made it 1/3, maybe 1/2 way up, but it just looked fun, which it definitely was. Then I tried a 5.10a, which I got 2/3 or 3/4 of the way up. I was so close, but since it was my last CLIMB of the day, I was tired and the holds were really sharp and they hurt my feet when I stood on them.

Ice skating (@ Columbia Ice Rink) 1:30:00 [2]

I went skating with my best friend AJ and some of his other friends, and I, being the clumsy person I am, fell pretty bad within the first 15-30 minutes. The worst part was that I wasn't even doing anything special I was just trying to pass through some people, but there was a girl on the ground ahead of me and I lost my balance and fell on my right elbow and lower back, and then hit my head. It hurts pretty bad, and the elbow is bruised.

Running (Ashleigh Knolls) 44:56 [4] 7.06 km (6:22 / km) +52m 6:08 / km
ahr:174 max:190

I didn't run for a long time, so I decided on running. Also I came from school pretty angry and agitated, so I decided on running 7km. I wanted to make an entire loop through Ashleigh Knolls to Highland Rd and onto Pindell School Rd, but Highland Rd was really busy so I turned around after 3.5 km rather than making the loop.

Running (@ Rock Creek Park) 41:14 [3] 5.62 km (7:20 / km) +61m 6:58 / km
ahr:150 max:183

We had a 2 hour delay today for school, so I decided to take advantage of it and go for a run. Originally I wanted to do 7km, but I started late, so I decided on 5, because I thought it would only take me half an hour. But what I didn't realize was how icy the ground was. Eventually I got used to it, but it was still a bit tough.
6 PM

Rock climbing (@ Earth Treks Columbia) 1:30:00 [3]

I tried practice leading one 5.9, but.I fell once about two thirds up. Then I tried practice leading a nice 5.8 that was on a very slightly overhanging wall, and I made it clean. Then I tried the beginning of a 5.10b or d, But I only got up a few feet, even after three tries. Then I tried the beginning of a 5.11b or c, and I got maybe a hold or two higher than I did on the 10b/d. Then I tried to practice lead a 5.9 on the same wall as the 5.8,and I made it about halfway up until I got stuck and fell, and then got up about two thirds of the way until I got stuck again and tired out so much that I gave up. Then I tried practice leading a 5.9 over hexagonal bulges on the wall. I almost made it clean, but halfway up my arms gave way on these mouth-like holds when I was trying to clip in. Then I tried a bit of bouldering, one V1 and two V2s.
