Running warm up/down (St. Andrews State Park) 12:08 [3] 1.46 km (8:19 / km) +2m 8:15 / km

did we actually just find a park that I kind of like

Running intervals (St. Andrews State Park) 21:35 [4] 3.18 km (6:47 / km) +2m 6:46 / km

I'm SO happy about these intervals even though as rests between the intervals I walked but STILL I'm just so glad that I did them and I did all of them at a decent effort
I did 10x 1min on, 30 sec off, and then 6x 30 sec on, 30 sec off.
For the most part I did about 190-200 meters on the minute long intervals and 90-100 meters on the 30 second intervals.
its still really hot though
as a cool down I walked back to the car. I know I should've jogged, but I felt really hot and I just didn't want to overheat. Also I was really tired. And hot. Very hot.

Running long (beach) 1:15:01 [3] 7.81 km (9:36 / km)

I hate the beach so much it just sun and sand and its hot i just want to do a normal trail run
so yeah the pace is super slow because I was running on the beach, since for some reason I thought it would be better than running in the city. Nope I've learned my lesson.
and yeah no i didn't run the entire thing, only most of it, because in some spots the sand was way too deep and frustrating
4 PM

tennis 25:30 [3]

its hot
but it was kinda fun

Running intervals 56:22 [3] 5.22 km (10:48 / km) +2m 10:47 / km

okay so
This isn't my entire workout. for some reason i lost the gps track from the warmup and the first two intervals. But they were a mess anyways so yeah.
I was attempting the 5x4min intervals with 1:30 rest. Well I never actually lasted a whole 4 minutes.
So a friend of ours offered to let my mom and me stay in their beach house for a while, which they owned, so it would still technically be proper social distancing and stuff. Of course my mom really wanted to get out of the house, so yeah we went to the beach, It's hot here. And I don't know the area. So when I was on my run, I was playing a dangerous game of "try not to pass out" hence the main reason I didn't last the entire 4 mins of an interval. And I probably walked more than I ran (during the actual workout portion).
Then, as a cool down, I wasn't jogging, I was walking, searching for whatever little shade I could possibly find, trying really hard not to pass out (I hate the sun and the beach and the heat I wanna go into the woods). Yeah it took me longer than expected to find "home".
I'm not too happy about how this went, but I tried.
5 PM

Biking (Conservation Park) 1:20:40 [3] 18.25 km (4:25 / km) +15m 4:24 / km

My mom and I went to check out a local park by bike. It was hot and sunny so of course i didn't last long. honestly this park is probably the closest thing to a forest we'll get around here, which sucks, cuz its at best a yellow dotted field.

Note

does driving a stick shift count as an activity? I was sweating so much and my heart rate was lot, it was scary (but pretty fun)

although I wasn't able to walk for the next 2 days but that's fine
