I walked for most of the rest intervals (all except for the first one), but i did decently on the actual intervals. My speed steadily decreased as each interval went on, but i was just glad that I lasted.

my cooldown for this was walking abou 1.5miles. I know I should jog for my cooldown, but in this heat I feel like I'm overheating when I finish my workout, so I settle for walking.

Despite the name I wouldn't really call this area much of a forest but compared to everywhere else I've been I guess it's the closest they've got.
I really liked the mountain bike trail until i BROKE MY BIKE.
I was riding and my mom and I were talking about something about jumps on bikes and stuff and I did a little hop with my bike (that I've done before and it's fun) but when I landed a piece flew off my bike frame (a piece that was holding up my back suspension) and that was that. It's probably fixable with a welder or something but yeah. Because of it the seat was kind of drooping down and it sat on the back wheel so I couldn't ride my bike back, I had to walk it. We tied the suspension to the frame so that we could at least walk the bike, and my mom it me ride her bike because her back was hurting, so she rather walked my bike.
It's too bad cuz the trail was really fun, and we had plans to do a MTBO that I set up int eh consevation park right after this. I guess not.
