Biking 1:12:14 intensity: (9:50 @1) + (16:17 @2) + (33:42 @3) + (12:25 @4) 20.9 km (3:27 / km) +264m 3:15 / km
ahr:145 max:182

on my mountain bike but on roads with my dad, we were trying out a new loop. I could feel my thighs weren't having it today because of the long day yesterday

Friday May 28 #

11 AM

Running long (road) 49:47 intensity: (37 @1) + (6:29 @2) + (1:22 @3) + (36:26 @4) + (4:53 @5) 7.0 km (7:07 / km) +81m 6:43 / km
ahr:170 max:200

woooo long run cuz I felt like it- i ran on what's probably the loop with the least possible elevation around my dad's. My "goal" was to finish in under 50 minutes so I had time to jump in the pool afterwards and still make it to class, so I'm pretty glad that I made it. For some reason my arms are sore from this... i mean my legs are too, but my arms feel somewhat weaker, which is strange, but oh well
3 PM

Strength Training (full body) 41:15 intensity: (14:09 @1) + (24:41 @2) + (2:25 @3)
ahr:122 max:153

Biking 48:32 intensity: (53 @1) + (6:11 @2) + (21:32 @3) + (19:56 @4) 14.56 km (3:20 / km) +204m 3:07 / km
ahr:157 max:181

On my mountain bike, but on a road. Biked with my dad since it's way too hot to run today. We ended up being in the pool for like an hour after this.
5 PM

Strength Training (upper body) 20:00 [1]
ahr:100 max:121

Tuesday May 25 #

Strength Training (full body) 20:30 intensity: (47 @1) + (19:43 @2)

5 PM

Running (road) 36:39 intensity: (26 @1) + (1:21 @2) + (15:57 @3) + (18:55 @4) 5.25 km (6:59 / km) +50m 6:40 / km
ahr:161 max:182

Decided to move my longer run to today instead of doing it tomorrow since it's supposed to get really hot tomorrow. I tried doing the slower breathing pattern but after about 2km I started kind of dying and decided to revert back to my normal breathing pattern. Gotta say, jumping into the pool right after the run was nice though.
9 PM

Note

accidentally overdid it a bit with the training today, cuz I didn't have enough energy left for homework. whoops. Thankfully tomorrow's an asynchronous day so I can catch up then (hopefully)

Monday May 24 #

5 PM

Running 26:22 intensity: (37 @1) + (2:06 @2) + (16:41 @3) + (6:51 @4) + (7 @5) 3.26 km (8:05 / km) +39m 7:38 / km
ahr:157 max:185

It was really nice that it was a bit colder and it was raining, really. Just the trail was a bit muddy so I had to be more careful on the downhills.
I tried a different, slower breathing pattern which seemed to work really well (well, going up hills I reverted to my usual, quicker breathing pattern of course).
7 PM

Rock climbing (Earth Treks Rockville) 40:00 [3]

all on top rope since we didn't feel like getting our lead rope
5.10a- onsite
5.10c- onsite
5.11b- onsite (so happy about this one, the strength training is paying off)
5.10b- 3/4 way up (fell in the overhang)
5.9- 3/4 way up (fell in the overhang)
on the last two my grip was really failing but that's alright, I'm still really happy with how I climbed.
